Maple Pecan Pie


Ingredients: Directions:

3/4 cup - firmly packed brown sugar

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly; then, add sugar, flour, maple syrup and butter and beat until blended.
3. Stir in the nuts and mix well.
4. Place pie shell into pie dish.
5. Turn mixture into pie shell.
6. Bake in oven preheated to 375 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm when the pie is gently shaken.
7. Let cool before cutting and serve with Cool Whip.

2 Tbsp.  - flour
- large eggs
1 1/4 cups - pure maple syrup
1/4 cup - melted butter
1 cup - coarsely broken pecans
1   9“ - unbaked pie shell

Pecan Pie

1 cup - pure cane sugar

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, white corn syrup and mix well over low heat.
3. Beat in eggs, thoroughly, one at a time.
4. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and pour mixture into unbaked 9“ pie shell.
5. Place pecan halves across top of filling until the pie is covered with pecans.
6. Bake in oven preheated to 300 degrees F for 45 - 55 minutes.
7. Let pie cool before cutting.

1 cup - white corn syrup
3 - eggs
1 cup - pecan halves
1 tsp. - vanilla extract
1   9“ - unbaked pie shell
